1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the return approval.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4  business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as above and indicate your exchange request.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
